About this study
The purpose of this study is to collect the results and experiences from Mayo employees who attend the Comprehensive Weight Loss Program at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.
Inclusion Criteria
- Age 18 years or older
- Have membership at the Dan Abraham Healthy Living Center
- Are new to DAHLC weight management program
- Are commitment to full participation in the ten-week wellness coaching program
- Able to complete study questionnaires
- Have a BMI of 25-40
Exclusion Criteria
- Inability to provide informed consent
- Previous participation in the weight management program at the DAHLC
