Ultrasound Microvasculature Imaging of Lymph Nodes

About this study

The overall goal is to investigate the value of ultrasound imaging of small vasculature as a new biomarker for cancer characterization and early treatment evaluation.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

Patients with suspected or confirmed malignant lymph nodes accessible to ultrasound evaluation (e.g. cervical, axillary, inguinal)

Age 18 or greater

Exclusion Criteria: 

Patients with involved nodes not accessible to ultrasound evaluation (deep intra-abdominal, deep pelvic, or mediastinal)

Adults lacking capacity to consent

Vulnerable subjects such as prisoners
