About this study
The objectives of the study are to evaluate patient satisfaction as well as perceived benefit and value from their visit with each type of provider (i.e., physician, psychologist, physical therapist) and with the team-based model as a whole and to assess the likelihood and comfort level of seeking treatment with each type of provider if they had not been part of a team or available at a single site.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.
Inclusion Criteria:
- 18 years of age or older;
- Evaluated at the Women’s Health Clinic at Mayo Clinic in Rochester or at San Diego Sexual Medicine by a physician and/or a nurse practitioner, a sex therapist and a physical therapist;
- Fluent in English
- Have internet access;
- Be willing to provide oral informed consent
