About this study
The overall objective of this project is to identify the clinician network and analyze the impact of network relationships on use of decision aids. Specifically, will aim to evaluate the impact of (i) physical closeness of clinicians, (ii) advice seeking behavior between clinicians, (iii) clinician closeness to clinical champions, and (iv) impact of a change in clinic champion at the practice on the use of decision aids.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

- Clinicians from the following targeted practices:
- Essentia Health Clinics-Duluth (Lakewalk & Hermantown)
- Park Nicollet (Golden Valley & Brookdale)
- Native American Community Clinic, Hudson Physicians
- Mayo Clinic Baldwin
- Fairview Health (Eagan & Rosemount)
- Ridgeview Medical Center
- Baldwin Area Medical Center
