About this study

The Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program Longitudinal Cohort Study establishes the data and bio repositories for exploring the biologic basis for wellness, as well as other exciting research opportunities.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Resident of the United States (to make it possible to conduct future participant follow-up using the National Death Index; specific details will be submitted for approval prior to actual linkage),
  • Age ≥ 18 years of age,
  • Able to provide informed consent,
  • Mayo Clinic Healthy Living Program participants with a Mayo Clinic or affiliated Health Systems ID.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Institutionalized (i.e. Federal Medical Prison)
