About this study
The purpose of this study is to determine perceptions of need between different patient populations in order to improve healthcare for the underserved.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.
Inclusion Criteria:
Patient Inclusion Criteria
- The individual self identifies as an “Active patient” at the clinic where the survey is being completed.
- The individual can either read English or Spanish and if not, individual is comfortable with research staff helping him/her complete survey in either English or the translated Spanish version.
- Adults that are 18 and over
Provider Inclusion Criteria:
- Provider has provided care at the clinic on at least one occasion
Exclusion Criteria:
Patient Exclusion Criteria:
- Any patient that has cognitive impairment affecting their ability to complete the survey based on the research coordinators judgement
Provider Exclusion Criteria:
- Any non-provider volunteers or employees
