About this study
The purpose of this study is to test the accuracy of a self- administered digital automated system that will generate an electronic admission record, which is intended to support and streamline triage and potentially improve care.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.
Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients presenting to the ED.
- Adult patients ages ≥ 18 years of age at index date.
- Subjects or Legal authorized representative able to provide consent (in accordance with local ethics board requirements) to participate in the study.
Exclusion Criteria
- Patients who are in police custody, intoxicated, cognitively impaired, or where appropriate consent is unable to be provided by the subject or a legal authorized representative in a manner compliant with local ethics regulations.
- Non-English speakers who are unable to provide consent or participate with study procedures.
