About this study
The purpose of this study will be to explore what information is important to individuals in the oocyte (female germ cell) donor selection process. In particular, the role of genetic information such as extended family medical histories and expanded carrier screening results in this process will be studied. Through surveys and interviews with intended parents who are using or have used oocyte donors, a better understanding will be reached regarding the informational needs of those utilizing assisted reproductive technology (ART).
