About this study

The purpose of this study is to leverage the Jax Saludable Community-Academic partnership and the expertise of our community co-lead, the HOPE2 Advisory Board, to design and deploy an interactive, patient-centered biorepository & registry.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Adult (18-85), male/female/other.
  • Reside within the FL Mayo Clinic Cancer Center and FL Center for Health Equity and Community Engaged Research (CHECER) catchment area:
    • Duval, Clay, Baker, Nassau, Putnam, St. Johns, Flagler and Volusia Counties.
  • Self-reported Hispanic ethnicity.
  • Able to read and write in English or Spanish.
  • Internet access via mobile device and/or computer/tablet.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Under the age of 18 years old.
  • Not identified as Hispanic ethnicity.
  • Unable to read and write in English or Spanish.
