About this study
The purpose of this study is to assess Executive Health Clinic Patients, combining medical treatment with a holistic wellness program when an objective measure like a wearable tracker is used. Patients will wear a Fitbit® for 12 weeks and follow a Motivational Interviewing Program to assess quality of life and perceived stress level. We will be comparing the impact of an extended Motivational Interviewing Program (one initial consult plus 4 follow up visits) versus a brief Motivational Interviewing Program (one initial consult) along with the use of wearable data.
