Long Term Outcomes in Pancreas Cancer Patients

About this study

The purpose of this study is to access long-term quality of life, complications, and implications of treatments on patients who are long-term survivors of pancreas cancer and were treated at Mayo Clinic. 

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Adult patients, ≥ 18 years old.
  • Treated at Mayo Clinic from 2011 to 2019 with pancreatoduodenectomy (PD) for pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
  • Alive more than 3 years from the procedure.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Children < 18 years of age.
  • Patients who have undergone pancreatoduodenectomy (PD) for other pathology.
