About this study

The purpose of this study is to compare the reliability of artificial intelligence (AI) QC algorithm to the original manual review using consensus as a ground truth while stimulating how a hybrid QC paradigm may fare in practice.

 

 

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Deidentified images with proportionate representation by age, gender, ethnicity.
  • Slides from the Mayo Clinic PITA Laboratory that have been discarded during manual review and then rescanned.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Non-deidentified image data.
