About this study

The purpose of this study is to identify and evaluate skin aging biomarkers based on clinical, phenotypic, histological, and molecular assessments.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria

  • Age 18-130 years old.
  • Has signed an Informed Consent Form in compliance with 21CFR Part 50: "Protection of Human Subjects."
  • Ability to understand study procedures and willingness to comply with follow-up visits for the entire length of the study.

Exclusion Criteria

  • Any dermatological disorder, which in the investigators’ opinion, may interfere with the accurate evaluation of the subject’s skin characteristics, except for the conditions associated with sensitive skin or photoaging skin.
  • Currently receiving chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
  • Currently taking prescription oral retinoids (i.e. isotretinoin)
  • Currently on anticoagulation therapy (i.e. warfarin, apixaban)
  • Currently taking immunosuppressive or immunomodulatory therapy (i.e. corticosteroids, biologic agents) regardless of indication for therapy
  • Inability or unwillingness of individual to give written informed consent or comply with the requirements of the protocol.
