About this study

The purpose of this study is to recruit a sample of women in the Rochester Epidemiology Project who had mammography screening at either Mayo Clinic or Olmsted Medical Center between 2009 and 2024 to get a biospecimen that can be used as a source of DNA for GWAS genotyping arrays. Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria: 

  • Women residing within the Rochester Epidemiology Project geographic area who have had a digital mammogram (either 2D or 3D) at either Mayo Clinic or Olmsted Medical Center (OMC)

Exclusion Criteria: 

  • Less than 18 years of age.
