About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and the effect of a wellness coaching intervention (WCI) on quality of life, weight, and healthy lifestyle in overweight breast cancer survivors.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Female patients aged between 18-70 years
  • BMI ≥25
  • Exercising less than 150 minutes/week 
  • Presenting for a Survivorship Consult in the Breast Clinic 
  • Fluent in English
  • Willling to sign informed consent
