About this study

The purpose of this study is to develop digital, personal narrative stories about hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HCT) with a sample of HCT caregivers. 

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion criteria:

  • Phase I:
    • Adult caregivers of patients (18 years or older) who have completed transplant within the past 5 years
    • Able to speak, read, and write English
  • Phase II: 
    • Family caregivers who are identified as a primary caregiver, and have primary responsibility for the care of patients throughout the HCT process, including basic medical procedures, taking the patient to and from the hospital frequently as well as other household and other role responsibilities
    • Able to speak, read, and write in English
    • 18 years or older

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Have a visual or hearing impairment
