About this study

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the impact of an Adult Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) learning health system approach that enables patients and their care teams to coproduce optimal health and high value care.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Diagnosis of Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis or IBD unclassified.
  • Accepts the terms and conditions of Informed Consent and Authorization.
  • Affiliated with a participating IBD Qorus site.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Less than 18 years of age.
  • Inability to provide informed consent.
  • Key personnel cannot enroll as a study participant.
