About this study
The purpose of this study is to understand how transitioning to telework due to COVID-19 impacts employee satisfaction in one health care facility and how select non-clinical employees describe their experiences after transitioning from an in-person work environment to telework.
Participation eligibility
Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.
Inclusion Criteria:
- Current employees at Mayo Clinic who were transitioned from an in-person work environment to telework due to COVID-19 public health guidelines.
Exclusion Criteria:
- Employees at Mayo Clinic who were not transitioned from an in-person work environment to telework due to COVID-19 public health guidelines.
