Research provides a level of intellectual freedom and stimulation that can be matched by few other careers.
What attracted you to Mayo Graduate School?
As a former Mayo Clinic Summer Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SURF) student, I knew Mayo Graduate School would provide me with the supportive and collaborative environment I needed to be successful.
Why did you choose the clinical and translational science track?
As a current M.D.-Ph.D. student, I believe the training offered by this track will best prepare me for a career as a physician-scientist.
What do you like about Rochester, Minn.?
Rochester is a diverse community filled with interesting people from around the world.
What are your plans for the future?
Upon completion of this program, my immediate plan is to pursue medical residency training.
