A Study of Changes in Adolescent Mental Health Using InSciEd Out Curriculum

About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine whether adolescent patients undergoing InSciEd Out curriculum in mental health and addiction (called My Mind, My Body) experience changes in their mental health-related knowledge, attitudes, and help-seeking behavioral intentions.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

Surveys
- Rochester Alternative Learning Center (ALC) RAMS students who do not opt out of and assent to the study
Semi-Structured Interviews
- 2015-16 Rochester Alternative Learning Center (ALC) RAMS teachers who do not opt out of and consent to the study

Exclusion Criteria :

Semi-Structured Interviews
