About this study

The purpose of this study is to understand the focus and perceived gaps in population health from each of the Mayo Clinic Care Network member sites and what would be most helpful to them.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria

  • Administrators from Mayo Clinic Care Network members
  • All Mayo Clinic Care Network health systems
  • Subjects who sign consent forms and are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion Criteria

  • Non-English speaking
  • Must be able to be interviewed via telephone
