About this study

The purpose of this study is to assess barriers to completion of cardiac rehabilitation program and to identify potential ways to improve cardiac rehabilitation completion.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Male and Female patients that are at least 18 years old
  • Patients who enroll (completed at least 1 session) in Cardiac Rehabilitation program between 10/1/2015 and 1/31/2016.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Patients that have not granted research authorization to the state of Minnesota.
  • Patients who lack complete data for the data variables included in the analysis
