About this study

The purpose of this study is to better understand how esophageal cells change with age.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate.   • ≥ 18 years old - Esophagus surgery at Mayo Clinic

Exclusion Criteria:  

  • <18 years old
