About this study

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effects of different types and amounts/durations of commonly-used radiological imaging and treatment modalities on cellular DNA by evaluating markers of DNA damage.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:  

  • Male or female (18+)

Exclusion Criteria: 

  • On-going or recent ionizing radiation, chemotherapy/XRT/immunomodulation (including steroids), malignancy (active or historical).
  • For “Normal/Negative” donors, no commercial air travel within the past month (at or above 30,000 feet). There will be a subset of donors for whom air travel will be allowed.
