A Study Comparison of Ultrasonographic Versus Infrared Pupillary Assessment

Overview

About this study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate if using ultrasound to image the pupils is a feasible and accurate method compared to the standard infrared pupillary assessment.

This technique would allow patients unable to open their eyes (e.g., swollen eye) to have an adequate pupillary examination.
