A Study to Evaluate Changes in Selected Biomarkers Immediately Following Acute Renal Ischemia in Humans

About this study

The long term goal of this study is to enable near-immediate (minutes) recognition of kidney distress (versus kidney damage) in hospitalized patients.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Patients from MCA who are scheduled for elective procedures in which renal ischemia and/or renal venous obstruction is planned as part of standard of care
