About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of yoga on quality of life, flexibility and strength in patients following allogeneic stem cell transplant.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Allogeneic stem cell transplant within the last 5 years
  • Life expectancy greater than 2 months

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Active malignant disease based on most recent restaging.Molecular evidence of disease (such as PCR positivity for BCR-ABL or FLT-3 ITD is permitted)
  • platelet count ≤ 50 X 109/L and neutrophils ≤ 1000/mm3
  • Active, uncontrolled infections
