About this study

Purpose of Department of Pain Medicine Biobank repository is to acquire enough samples that can be used for further studies to develop efficient diagnostic and treatment plans for the patients with central sensitization syndrome.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • 18–99 years
  • Patients at the Pain Rehabilitation Center at Mayo Clinic Florida

Exclusion Criteria:

  • No antibiotic use during the study and for 3 week prior to enrollment
  • Absence of active cancer
