A Study Evaluating AI-ECG Screening Following Cardiac Transplant

Overview

About this study

The overarching goal is to provide a means to evaluate cardiac allograft rejection non-invasively and remotely. This can be used to identify and prioritize patients that need to visit Mayo Clinic frequently following a heart transplant based on the likelihood of cardiac allograft rejection.

 

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Patients ≥ 18 years of age.
  • History of receiving a heart transplant.
  • Scheduled for a endomyocardial biopsy and willing to sign informed consent.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Patients < 18 years of age.
  • Refusal to sign informed consent.
