Clinical Trials

Inclusion Criteria:

• Adult subjects (age 18+).
• At least one of the following dyspnea ICD codes:
  • ICD9: 786.0, 786.05;
  • ICD10: R06.00, R06.01, R06.02, R06.09.
• At least one of the following taken on or after the date of a dyspnea ICD code:
  • Right heart catheterization (RHC) with mPAP measured;
  • Echocardiogram (echo) with TRV measured.
• At least one inpatient or outpatient, digital ECG taken at rest on or after a dyspnea ICD code and prior to or up to one month following an RHC with mPAP measured at rest or if no RHC was performed, an echo with TRV measured.

Exclusion Criteria:

• No subject consent obtained, or no IRB waiver granted.
• Only ECGs with tracings shorter than 10 seconds or not interpretable.
