Simulation to Increase Multidisciplinary Teamwork and Decrease Health Care Worker Anxiety in High Risk Obstetrical Events

About this study

The purpose of this study is to determine if regulary occurring, multidisciplinary, tezam-based simulation of high risk obstetrical events is able to improve unit teamwork and decrease healthcare worker anxiety. All research activity will be based out of Mankato. Rochester is included due to some individuals on the study team being based out of Rochester for employment.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria: 

  • Health care worker (≥ 18 years of age)  in the Southwest Region of Mayo Clinic Health System.

Exclusion Criteria: 

  • < 18 years of age.
