About this study

The purpose of this study isl to evaluate patients with cutaneous  Graft Versus Host Disease (GVHD) with nailfold capillaroscopy to report on observable changes to the microvasculature.  

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Diagnosis of cutaneous GVHD based on pathology.

Exclusion Criteria: 

  • Current smoker.
  • Type 2 diabetes.
  • History of Raynaud’s phenomenon or disease.
  • Dialysis dependence.
  • Diagnosis of scleroderma or other connective tissue disease.
  • Recent hand trauma or manicure (< 2 weeks).
  • History of acrocyanosis or erythromelalgia.
  • Previous diagnosis of a bleeding disorder.
