Mapping of Electrical Properties in the Brain

About this study

The purpose of this study is to Correlate image-based electrophysiologic models/measurements with loco-regional benchmarks including sequencing and functional data from and structural tissue assays (from available biopsies), and correlative clinical features (e.g., histology, outcomes, treatment, etc).

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

* Aim 1: normal healthy volunteers
* Aim 2, 3, 4: participants included in IRB 16-002424, including those that have undergone surgical biopsy/resection for suspected or known glioma

Exclusion Criteria:

* Healthy volunteer unable to have an MRI
