About this study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of MAYA to determine its effectiveness in enhancing data retrieval.

Participation eligibility

Participant eligibility includes age, gender, type and stage of disease, and previous treatments or health concerns. Guidelines differ from study to study, and identify who can or cannot participate. There is no guarantee that every individual who qualifies and wants to participate in a trial will be enrolled. Contact the study team to discuss study eligibility and potential participation.

Inclusion Criteria:

  • Mayo Clinic employee with Mayo credentials is eligible for inclusion.
  • Only employees with and credentialed for EMR access can access and query the LPR via MAYA.
  • All users may query intranet material (e.g., IT material on how to setup laptop).
  • User access permission restrictions are set and provisioned by Information Technology Department using employee profiles following privacy and security guidelines following existing methods.
  • All adults (>18 years of age) at Mayo Clinic may be eligible.

Exclusion Criteria:

  • Non-Mayo Clinic employees are not eligible.
