Study of DCC-3014 in Patients With Advanced Tumors and Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of DCC-3014 in patients with solid tumors including, but not limited to, prostate, breast, gastric, ovarian, and non-small cell lung cancer, as well as tumor types with high macrophage content or high expression of CSF-1 such as tenosynovial giant cell tumor. There will be an Escalation Phase and an Expansion Phase in this study.

Phase 3 Study of Vimseltinib for Tenosynovial Giant Cell Tumor

This is a multicenter study which aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an investigational drug called vimseltinib for the treatment of tenosynovial giant cell tumor (TGCT) in cases where surgical removal of the tumor is not an option. The study consists of two parts. In Part 1, eligible study participants will be assigned to receive either vimseltinib or matching placebo for 24 weeks. A number of assessments will be carried out during the course of the study, including physical examinations, blood tests, imaging studies, electrocardiograms, and questionnaires. This is a Phase 3 clinical study, which aims to evaluate the effectiveness of an investigational drug PLX3397 in the treatment of tumour of pigmented villonodular synovitis or giant cell tumor of the tendon sheath in subjects, for whom surgical removal of the tumour would cause more harm than good.
