Interval salpingectomy with delayed oophorectomy (ISDO) is surgery to remove the fallopian tubes. It is not known whether ISDO works better than RRSO at lowering risk of ovarian cancer and improving the sexual function and psychosocial well-being in patients with genetic mutation.
