• Evaluation of delivery room outcomes after newborn video telemedicine consultation Rochester, Minn.

  The purpose of this study is to assess if the quality of delivery room resuscitation may be improved for outborn infants admitted to the NICU who receive a teleneonatology consult during resuscitation compared to those who did not receive a telemedicine consult.
