Efficacy of Interventions for Fatigue and Motivation in Graduate Medical Trainees: A Qualitative Exploration

The purposes of this study are to compare the effects of Arts versus Meditation / guided visual imagery on self-reported fatigue and motivation levels of internal medicine residents, to explore themes of stress, fatigue and burnout through focus group discussions among internal medicine residents, and to assess their opinions on the strengths and weaknesses of various Art and Humanities Interventions to combat stress and fatigue.
