The purpose of this study is to develop patient-derived organoid cultures of urothelial carcinoma from non-invasively obtained urine samples and to characterize the histological, molecular and functional features of patient-derived organoids.

Investigating Presence of Malignant Cells in Seminal Fluid During Radical Prostatectomy Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to investigate whether malignant prostate cancer cells can be identified in seminal fluid expressed during the course of robotic radical prostatectomy, as such cells may be a currently unrecognized source of local recurrence after surgery.
