  This study is to learn how effective a night of no sleep, with or without light therapy, is for patients in an inpatient setting who are experiencing Major depression.

• Using Pharmacogenetics to Identify Patients with Polypharmacy at Risk of Medication Adverse Effects Rochester, Minn.

  The purpose of this study is to test whether pharmacogenetics in psychiatric patients with polypharmacy can identify increased medication adverse effects and improve outcomes.
