The purpose of this studty is to demonstrate the role of immunofluorescence testing in the diagnosis of Primary Ciliary Dyskenisia through development and performance of the immunofluorescence test.

A Clinical Test for the Treatment of Multifocal Lung Cancers Using Genome Sequencing Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to assess the use and performance of a genome sequencing test to identify multifocal lung cancer tumors, which can be treated with surgery or radiation, and advanced stage metastatic lung cancer, which has the option of palliative or supportive care.
