• Analysis of MRI T1 Weighted Base Line Image Contrast in the Brain in Patients with a History of Gadolinium Contrast Administration Rochester, Minn.

  The purpose of this study is to identify the area patterns of deposits in the brains of subjects who have a prior history of gadolinium contrast exposure. These results will be compared against those from a similar study on subjects with no history of gadolinium exposure.  

• Analysis of MRI T1 Weighted Baseline Image Contrast in the Brain Rochester, Minn.

  In the past data has indicated that Gadolinium based contrast may specify brain tissue intensity in subsequent MRI exams. This study is being conducted to try and determine normal ranges of specific tissue ratios for old and new 1.5 and 3T systems. We are hoping that this study allows us to develop a normal range intensity/ratio profiles for specific tissue regions of interest in the brain.
