TOPAZ: Trial of Parkinson's And Zoledronic Acid A Randomized Placebo-controlled Trial of Zoledronic Acid for the Prevention of Fractures in Patients With Parkinson's Disease (TOPAZ) Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the use of a single infusion of zoledronic acid-5 mg (ZA) vs. placebo for the prevention of fractures in men and women aged 65 years and older with Parkinson's Disease with 2 years of follow-up.

The purpose of this study is to identify an effective dose of bimagrumab that can increase lean muscle mass and improve physical function, then continue to assess the safety and effectiveness of bimagrumab in patients with muscle wasting after hip fracture surgery.

The purpose of this study is to examine for differences in the structural parts of bone that determine strength in individuals diagnosed with different monoclonal gammopathies (related diseases in which patients have an increased risk of fracture).
