The purpose of this study is to compare the difference in the ability to detect blood flow abnormalities between invasive assessments performed at rest versus exercise.

3D angiography (3DA) imaging is a valuable method for assessing cardiovascular anatomy prior to and following trans-catheter intervention. Current 3DA contributes substantially to the overall patient radiation dose for these procedures. The purpose of this work is to assess the clinical efficacy of reduced radiation dose 3DA.
Retrospective Assessment of the Clinical Utility of Simulated Reduced-dose DynaCT Images Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to
1. Simulate reduced-dose DynaCT images by appropriately adding noise to patient DynaCT images acquired as clinical standard of care and using a standard dose.
2. Assess the clinical utility of the simulated reduced-dose DynaCT images.
