Spondyloarthritis Research Program: Biorepository of biosamples from patients with Spondyloarthritis Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this study is to establish a biorepository of biosamples from patients with spondyloarthritis (SpA). This biorepository will enable future investigation of biomarkers associated with SpA based on new understanding of the human genome, epigenome and microbiome.

Phase 3, Multicenter, Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Double-Blind Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Certolizumab Pegol in Subjects With Active Axial Spondyloarthritis (axSpA) Without X-Ray Evidence of Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS) and Objective Signs of Inflammation (C-AXSPAND) Rochester, Minn.
Patients with active Axial Spondyloarthritis without x-ray evidence of Ankylosing Spondylitis and with signs of inflammation will be randomly assigned to receive certolizumab pegol (CZP) 200 mg every two weeks or placebo. The primary objective is to demonstrate the efficacy of CZP in these patients.
Utilizing MRI for Earlier Diagnosis of Rheumatoid Arthritis Rochester, Minn.
The primary purpose of this study is to describe the utilization and findings on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) of the hands and feet in patients with seronegative rheumatoid arthritis (RA) (based on the ACR 1987 or 2010 classification criteria) compared to the findings seen in patients with seropositive disease (RF or ACPA positive).
