• Prospective, Open-Label, Multi-Center Single-Arm Trial Designed to Assess the Safety, Performance and Efficacy of the NeVa Stent Retriever in the Treatment of Large Vessel Occlusion Strokes - The CLEAR Study (CLEAR) Rochester, Minn.

  The purpose of this study is to assess the safety, performance and effectiveness of thrombus removal in subjects presenting with acute ischemic stroke with the NeVa stent retrievers.

• Spontaneous Intracranial Hypotension Registry Rochester, Minn.

  The purpose of this study is to conduct a prospective clinical registry of up to 200 patients with Spontaneous Intracranial Hypotension (SIH) undergoing digital subtraction myelography (DSM) or CT myelography (CTM confirmed) CSF-venous fistulas treated with transvenous embolization.  Surveys regarding pain will be collected at baseline before treatment, and at 90-days.  Validation of SIHSSS survey for last 40 participants at baseline, days 4-7, and 90-days.
