  The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a measure of the occurrence of shared decision making (SDM) by developomg a measure of the occurrence of SDM (SDMo) to be used in the analysis of video-recordings of patient-clinician interactions, and to estimate the interobserver reliability and validity of the new measure.
