Development of Technologies to Increase In-Seat Movement to Prevent Sitting Acquired Pressure Injuries in Wheelchair Users: AIM 3 Evaluation Rochester, Minn. The purpose of this aim of the project is to assess the effectiveness of two seating pressure systems for changing the movement behavior of wheelchair users who are at risk for pressure injuries.

The purpose of this study is to provide wheelchair users with personal-use technology that provides effective feedback to increase movement to prevent pressure injuries across all 3 parts of the study.
Patient-Centered Hospital Gown Research Rochester, Minn.
The purpose of this research is to examine the functionality and satisfaction of common hospital gowns for different types of patients. This research will:
- Address the broad use of the gown within Mayo Clinic;
- Address the functionality and satisfaction of the garment for patients; and
- Provide evidence for a focused hospital apparel redesign effort.
