About this study

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the safety and effectiveness of the Melodi Absorbable Antibacterial Matrix for soft tissue support in immediate, two-stage postmastectomy alloplastic prepectoral breast reconstruction, to support an FDA Premarket Approval (PMA) Application.

Phase 3 Study Of Daraxonrasib (RMC-6236) In Patients With Previously Treated Metastatic Pancreatic Ductal Adenocarcinoma (PDAC)

Study phase:

During the early phases (phases 1 and 2), researchers assess safety, side effects, optimal dosages and risks/benefits. In the later phase (phase 3), researchers study whether the treatment works better than the current standard therapy. They also compare the safety of the new treatment with that of current treatments. Phase 3 trials include large numbers of people to make sure that the result is valid. There are also less common very early (phase 0) and later (phase 4) phases. Phase 0 trials are small trials that help researchers decide if a new agent should be tested in a phase 1 trial. About this study

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of a novel RAS(ON) inhibitor compared to standard(s) of care (SOC) treatment.

About this study

The goal of this study is to find out if the experimental product, sacituzumab govitecan-hziy (SG) in combination with pembrolizumab given after surgery, is effective and safe compared to the treatment of physician's choice (TPC) which includes either pembrolizumab or pembrolizumab plus capecitabine in participants with triple negative breast cancer that still remains after surgery and pre-surgical treatment.

About this study

This study evaluates the effectiveness of remote tele-monitoring and health coaching in helping to reduce hospitalizations in heart failure patients. Half of participants will receive tele-monitoring and health coaching, while the other half will receive standard health care provided by their chosen provider.

About this study

A multi-center, longitudinal, prospective, non-comparative study to investigate the long-term safety and effectiveness of risdiplam, prescribed based on clinician judgment as per the Evrysdi® U.S. Package Insert (USPI) in adult and pediatric participants with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA). In this study, participants will be followed for up to 5 years from enrollment or until withdrawal of consent, loss to follow-up, or death.

About this study

The purpose of the research is to determine whether repairing a tricuspid valve (TV) in patients with mild to moderate tricuspid regurgitation (TR), at the time of planned mitral valve surgery (MVS), would improve the heart health of those who receive it compared to those who do not. At this point, the medical community is split in their opinion on whether surgeons should routinely repair mild to moderate TR in patients who are undergoing planned mitral valve surgery, and this study will answer this question.
