The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of the NvisionVLE® Imaging System for determining features of dysplastic Barrett's Esophagus by collection and analysis of medical record information, imaging data, and pathology results. The study is for patients who have a prior biopsy-confirmed diagnosis of Barrett's esophagus with dysplasia and are scheduled to have an endoscopic evaluation.

The purpose of this study is to determine if a relay lens and right angle mirror can be used in conjunction with an FDA-approved optical coherence tomography (OCT) unit to allow imaging in supine patients.

The purpose of this study is to determine if optical coherence tomography (OCT) angiography is able to distinguish different causes of optic neuropathy.

The purpose of this registry of patients undergoing EGD or endoscopy is to provide a collection of patient NvisionVLE™ (volumetric laser endomicroscopy) procedural data for participating physicians, including, but not limited to, imaging data, clinical utility data, demographics, pathology, treatment, and long term follow up.

The purpose of this pilot study to evaluate the performance of biliary optical coherence tomography probe in the detection of dysplasia among primary sclerosing cholangitis patients undergoing liver transplantation and patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma undergoing Whipple operation and correlating with pathological diagnosis.  

Investigators will compare magnetic resonance (MR) elastography and/or ultrasound elastography measurements to other forms of noninvasive methods of detecting raised intracranial pressure, including optical coherence tomography (OCT) imaging measurements of the retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) and indirect signs of raised intracranial pressure on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI).

The goal of this study is to investigate the feasibility of successfully obtaining intra-operative OCT imaging and data during standard brain surgery.
